The short version
IdahoRE21.com is operated by Juniper & Doors, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information in the Service.
We collect what we need to track your deadlines and nothing more. We do not sell your information or your clients’ information, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email addresses, brokerage (if you add it), time zone, and sign-in records.
- Documents you upload: contract Packages and the information in them, which usually includes your clients’ and other parties’ names, property addresses, prices, and signatures.
- Information the Service creates: the dates, Deals, and contacts read from your documents or entered by you, and what you Confirm or change.
- Billing information: the Deals you have paid for and your payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store them.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and logs of requests and errors, used to keep the Service secure and working.
How we use it
We use this information only to:
- read your documents and show and remind you of their dates;
- sign you in and send email you asked for, such as sign-in codes and reminders;
- bill you for your Deals;
- keep the Service secure, fix problems, and prevent abuse; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your documents or your clients’ information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent any personal information.
How documents are read
To read an uploaded Package, we send its contents to a third-party AI provider, under terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on that content. The output is shown to you to Confirm. See our Terms about accuracy.
Who we share it with
We share information only with third-party service providers that help us run the Service, and only what each one needs to do its job. They work under contracts that limit how they use it. Their services include:
- AI processing: reads uploaded documents.
- Email delivery: sends email, such as sign-in codes and reminders.
- Hosting and storage: runs our servers and stores data.
- Payment processing: handles billing.
We also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Your clients’ information
When you upload documents, you decide what information about your clients and other parties goes into the Service, and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to share it. If one of your clients asks us about their information, we will refer them to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and Deals while your account is open. When you delete a Deal, it is removed from the Service right away and from our backups within 30 days. When you delete your account, we delete your Deals and account information within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of transaction records as Idaho law and your brokerage require. The Service is not a records-retention system.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit who on our side can access it, and sign you in without a password that could be reused or guessed. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as required by law.
Your choices
You can see, correct, export, and delete your information in the Service, or ask us to do it. You can turn off reminder emails, but we will still send email needed for sign-in and billing.
The Service is for licensed professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will email you before it takes effect.
