Pricing questions
What counts as a Deal?
Your side of one executed purchase and sale agreement: one client, one property, one side. When you upload the RE-21, the Deal is locked to that client and that property. Counters, addenda, and re-uploads for the same agreement are part of it. A different property or a different client is a new Deal.
I represent the buyer and the seller. Is that one Deal?
It's two, one for each side. Each side has its own dates and its own Tasks to track, and each side is its own commission.
When am I charged?
When you create the Deal. You pay once, at upload: $19 for your first Deal and $59 for each one after. Counters and addenda on a Deal never cost more.
Why is my first Deal $19?
So you can run one real deal through it, from upload to close, before you pay full price. It's $40 off, once per Agent.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through Stripe, with a card or with Link. Link saves your payment details with Stripe, so every Deal after your first takes a tap. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us.
What if the deal falls apart?
There's no refund, on your first Deal or any other. The fee pays for setting up and tracking the Deal, and whether it closes is out of our hands. It stays on your account with everything you tracked.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for each Deal. In a slow month you pay nothing, and there's nothing to cancel.
Is there a free trial?
No. Your first Deal is $19 instead, and it runs from upload to close: a real deal, with your dates, on your phone.
Is there a team or brokerage price?
Not yet. An account is for one Agent and the Deals they own, and it can't be shared between Agents.
